Awards and Prizes:
I won the Silver prize in 1987 in the Yamaha Electone Festival Contest. I guess this is the only prize I have won, and I won some prizes for drawing, too!
Biography:
It has been 14 years since I became a game sound creator. I have been fond of music since my childhood. I started playing the piano when I was 7 years old, but quit playing when I was a high school student, and became a member of a Brass Band. I was interested in playing music in a band, and I wanted to be an Electone player when playing the keyboards. I tried very hard to be a professional Electone Player, but somehow I became a sound creator instead. I've liked playing video games since I was young. As I was interested in game and anime music, I used to arrange game and anime music and play it as a hobby. But now, I am a sound creator that composes game music, and I find it unique, because "composing music" was my most disliked class when I was a student in music school. We never know what we would be :p My old friends say that my job is "A Mission." (Laugh)
A message for overseas fans:
I guess there are fewer opportunities to listen to my music overseas, but I'm very thankful to everyone who listens to my music. I will do my best in creating many more music tracks that will make your heart beat faster! And... You will see some music tracks with funny English titles, please forgive me for this because I'm not good at English. (Laugh)
I play English on-line games - I haven't had much time to play games lately, but we may play on-line games together someday! Well, I guess I have to study English for this, but I can see myself using translation software to play English on-line games .... and I am sure that I will be doing it!
